Dal Tadka with Vaasira Garam Masala

Delicious Dal Tadka served in a traditional bowl with Vaasira Garam Masala spice blend.

Ingredients: Dal, onion, tomato, garlic, chili, 1 tsp Vaasira Garam Masala.
Steps:
1. Cook dal with turmeric, salt.
2. In ghee, fry onion, garlic, chili, tomato.
3. Add cooked dal, simmer.
4. Stir in Vaasira garam masala before serving.
